I'm using my ghost rider with blade synergy in uncollected against a civil warrior on a vigor node and I use my sp3 and I can't get fate seal. Is that a bug or is that what vigor does?

    Civil warrior reduces offensive ability accuracy of champs by 15% for every stack of armour he has, whether it is a passive or an active buff. So that's what Civil Warrior does

    sp3 does not inflict fate seal
    sp3 inflicts damnation..... (includes the effect of fate seal)
    sp1 is fate seal......
