Matchmaking Manipulation Fix

Recent events have brought to light matchmaking manipulation which is used to avoid matching with certain alliances or to match with a particular alliance.
An easy, but not 100% effective, fix would be to shift the matchmaking process after the 24 hour placement phase. Alliances would still control when to start AW based on everyone’s schedule. The process would be placement, matchmaking, attack.
Alliances will still probably coordinate times to minimize matching, but with no guarantee that they end up in the matchmaking process at the same time. This would also prevent alliances from placing 2*. What are your thoughts?
