Mystic on immune to debuffs node

If there is a mystic placed on an immune to debuffs node, I don’t think that it should be earning mystic dispersion power gain. That’s one lopsided battle.

Can you explain how earning mystic dispersion power gain is related to being immune to debuffs? The power gain comes from oponent's buffs expiring.

I think in my fight it was iceman cold snap. It caused no damage but as it expired, the juggernaut gained power.
