Kabams lack of acknowledgement of multiple tags

Kabams response for "account sharing" is pathetic at best and won't even acknowledge that some create and run multiple tags in an alliance. I own and run multi tags in alliance wars and if that's a violation I would appreciate someone (anyone) show me where in the "fine" it states it to be in violation...

You can have multiple accounts that YOU log into. You cant let others log into those accounts.

@Demon_Child I understand yet our alliance get penalized. We've been penalized twice in the last two weeks for it. I've reached out to them numerous time and still get the same "copy & paste" answer about account sharing. I've specifically let them know I have created multiple tags & can verify VIA email access and still no response but the "copy & paste" about account sharing.

Hello,

You can play multiple accounts as long as they belong to you, meaning you are the original creator and owner of the account. Sharing your login information or account with another person is what is against the rules.
