Is a healer.. You've got all these champs that regen except for a hero that actually regens. There's no reason kabam can't change his l1 to that of karnaks, but instead of raising his critical rate, it could be a short regen burst. Another option would be letting it activate after using his l3, like mordos. As it is now, it's already being shared with two other heroes (black panther, black widow) this would also make him sought out for and not overlooked or underutilized.
