Looking for Alliance doing Map 4-5 and not fully invested in AW

At the moment I have a decent roster but wanting to max out some champions and rank some 5*.

At the moment I'm not that interested in AW, only AQ maps 4 and up. Is that a thing? I hope to find some alliance that does maps 4+ and that's not very serious about AW.
I would appreciate some app like Line to communicate
