    Depending on what you need, these are top tier champs worth R4-ing from ATTK perspective
    1) Hyperion
    2) Iceman
    3) Red Hulk
    4) Luke Cage
    5) Hawkeye

    In terms of what you need, the aspects may include:-
    1) Raw damage?
    2) Power Control?
    3) Regen
    4) Utilities
    5) Immunities (double, triple, etc)
    6) Heal block
    7) etc ....

    If u are looking for attacker,unduped myb LC,he is bleed immune and do good dmg,doesnt need to be duped,but on another side there is Iceman whos the best overall champ,triple immune,very usefull in AW,against evaders and many other things,or myb just wait to dupe someone then make a deccision?

    @Al_AhadHKGN, in case you wonder, since it may take very long to dup your 5* champ and if waiting may not make sense to you ....

    Hyperion doesn't need to be dupped to be great
    Iceman doesn't need to be dupped to be great
    Red Hulk doesn't need to be dupped to be great
    Luke Cage .... you may want to get him dupped if you are looking for his INDESTRUCTIBLE to soak up SP3
    Hawkeye doesn't need to be dupped to be great
