I never recieved my crystals but my friend recently did

So a couple days ago my friend beat more or story mode beat kang and for some reason he recieved a crystal for 4 to 5 star champ then he also recieved a 3 to 5 star crystal as a thank you for playing that was on the 15th he got everything but also didnt open it till recently why did i never recieve these

Hmmm you're saying he got a Legendary crystal and a Grandmaster crystal. As far as I'm concerned there's only one way to get grandmaster crystals and that's being uncollected. Things would make sense if your friend bought the Bloodletting crystal offers but by the sound of things it seems you guys aren't uncollected yet... Strange...
