Is the daily special offer worth buying

I'm new at the game and I'm level 26 with couple 3* champs not that good and I saw the special offer on the store that cost 5doller and I'm just wondering if it's worth buying

No, not anymore. You can acquire 3/4* champs pretty quickly through normal gameplay these days,
