Cables degen?

So I recently fought a 5* cable in arena with ultron, placed several bleeds throughout he fight as you can imagine... no degen... not once?

Are robots immune to degen now? Just like willpower doesn’t effect them?

    The idea is that it’s techno-organic-Virus (TOV) that does the degeneration. You can’t really give that to a robot
