Missing rewards for Act 5 completion??!!

Hey all, has anyone else had this problem...I just completed the first run through on Act 5,chapter 4 and was supposed to receive a 5* hero crystal and 20 5* signature stones
But they are no where to be found. Kabam says they were added to my account as was supposed to happen. But I’ve checked multiple times and they are not there.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips to get my rewards?
