Cap (iw) vs powershield broken

Hi,
I recently fought a 3/45 dorm in war on powershield node (node 35) with 4/55 cap(iw). I died because the damage multiplier is broken, best guess is it only applies to base l2 damage and not the additional damage from fury and kinetic charges. Cap is one of my top champs which now i can barely take on that path. Needless to say this is costing me pots and my alliance wars.
I took my problem to support but they arent supportive, closing my tickets and telling me a bug with regular cap got fixed recently.
Is there any compensation for bugs anymore?
Ive added some pictures that show the difference between powershield and a regular node. The fights vs cosmic spidey is with power shield.
