TCC3 problem

Does anyone have problems to get them when you need them?
There's been 3 weeks I'm trying to get 3 science TCC3 and still got only 2...

Same as every other thing in the game . When you need them there blocked

I focused on getting the Tier 1 to 3 of both basic and class catalyst this month. Every category is almost full.

The downside is I had to skip the Secret Empire quests.

I get the vast majority of t3c from shards from solo events. They keep my stock full.

I use both. I quest one basic t3 to 100 % then I do the Class 100% but I still do quests, and arenas and achievements just happen. overages in a t3 class I convert to t4 shards unless I have a specific plan for them. Like ranking two cosmic at the same time or such.
