Poor service

I received a gold Deadpool from the crystal before the crash, when I got back on later it was gone. Support didn't know how to help, they couldn't even compensate or tell me what went wrong. And then closed the discussion before I had the chance to respond again. They basically said tough luck, after I've invested time and money into this game.
