Since you only have 7 5*, basic for sure.

if you don't have t4cc, you can just save some shards til you get some. all new champs are decent or above, so you can wait till they are added to basic, so your chance to get trash would go lower for basic
if you do arena, basic
also featured doesn't contain best older champs like GR, ice, blade, sparky, medusa, SL, Magik, AA, GP, Hype, Voodoo. you might get someone new, and it would be great, but it's 5k shards more
