Loki mystic disperssion

hey, so one of y top champs is loki, and I recently bought mystic dispersion, but I have not seen any effect on him from it, is mystic dispersion influenced by buff steal? or does that not count as a buff expiring

It does count for it. Stealing the buff also causes it to expire.

You'll notice this more when Mystic Dispersion is at higher levels.

MD is awesome but it's hardly noticeable at lvl 1 and 2. I'm not sure where yours is at?
