Lagging in LOL

Trying to fight Red Hulk. In practice I use to solo him. Now, post maintenance, I notice skips in the frames, missed animations and missed control registers. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm using HTC One. As it stands the lagging is more problematic than the evades...

The lag is horrible. Blocks are dropping when i swipe back, skiping and dropping frames. The game is a mess right now. It sucks
