Wasp/Ghost abilities

I haven't used any of my pym canisters to do the quest yet(forgot what it's called) so i don't know what abilities wasp/ghost have, can someone share with me what they are and if they are good? I have only heard about wasp's passive stun during heavy.( they are opponents in those quests right? Like CG and PM during rifts)

So ghost's phasing is somewhat like NC's and vulture's dodge all attacks by dashing back ability?(not the dexterity mastery)
