Which 4* should i r5

Both are awakened, thor is sig lvl 40 av is 65. Or should i hold off and r4 one of my god tiers? Thanks for the help everybody

I have og thor. Og vision, hulk, sw, nc, rogue, all awakened, then doc voodoo, green goblin, void, and modok not awakened but at r3 ready for r4. And i dont do good with too many choices. But im trying to build a solid line up to go for uncollected this week. Im on act 5.1.4
