Disconnection at fight end in aq after you have won the fight [Under Investigation]

Hi extremely annoyed kabam today yet again rubbish beyond my control is killing me in alliance quest I win the fight then the no connection appears and boom Iv lost my champ or 50 percent hp when the game finally lets me back in my v gotta do it again with zero help. Unsure how to post photos on here but I have them. When will this drama with you end ? When will I be able to play this game without worry of this ? Cause it's so annoying.
