Stark's projectile evade bugged again

In 18.0, Stark's evade was fixed so that if he failed to auto evade multiple projectile attacks, he would block instead of getting hit.

I have been fighting winter soldier several times today. 9 out of 10 times, Stark will auto evade his S2 bullets. When evade fails, he will block. However, once on a while he will get hit by one of the bullets for no apparent reason i.e. his evade fails but instead of blocking he gets hit.

Can this please be fixed?
