Hulkbuster buff idea

Sig ability: Go to sleep, go to sleep!
Hulkbuster's special attacks have a 30%-95% chance to passively stun the opponent for 3 seconds. +1 second if prowess is active. Stun duration decreases by up to 2 seconds based on opponent's size, lasting shorter durations the smaller the opponent is. Each armor passive also grants hulkbuster +50 physical and energy resistance.

Passive:
Hulkbuster's tough armor is upgraded each time a non-damaging debuff is inflicted on him, decreasing it's duration by 20% per trigger. Max reduction: 80%. Does not work against armor break debuffs. Damage over time debuffs have a 50% chance to not trigger.

Friday, give me a hand- Passive:
Holding block while opponent is stunned allows Hulkbuster to regenerate 1% of his max health twice per second. This ability stops working below 20% health or if hulkbuster is suffering from an armor bream debuff.

When charging heavy attack:
Rapidly gain permanent armor passives. If the heavy attack lands and is critical, the number of armor passives is doubled. These passives are removed when struck by a special attack or if an armor break debuff is inflicted. Max:100.

Armor Passives:
Increases armor rating by 1% per charge.

Special attacks:
Converts all armor passives into prowess that each increases special attack damage by 10% per prowess upon activation and lasts the duration of the special attack. Hulkbuster cannot gain armor passives for 10 seconds after activating a special if any armor passives were converted.

    Is my hulkbuster buff idea good? Would still be countered by medusa though...
