Tier 4 class catalyst

Would anyone be able to help my by telling how to get them because all my 4 stars are stuck at rank 4/40 and i'm not sure how to take them up the next level. All help would be appreciated.

Monthly Event Quest and AQ are the best way to get them.

Hard content generally. 100% act 4 would be a good place to start. Map 4/5 alliances also help grow your T4CC collection
