Reduced damage output on Corvus Glaive since update 19.0

Ever since 19.0 came out the damage output on Corvus Glaive has been reduced. Could I get some clarification if this is a bug or a nerf? Thanks.

Yeah his damage has really changed I noticed it in a fight that he would maybe do 1 or 2% for a whole combo. I was hoping he would stay that way I got lucky and pulled a 5* of him and was pretty impressed with him at first but not so much now.

Could possibly just be a bug. Hopefully @Kabam Miike or another employee can clarify it for us.
