Uncollected ghost is evade immune?

Hey guys, I didn't see this posted anywhere so I thought I'd create a thread. I just finished uncollected and Ghost was blasting through quakes auto evade. No where is true strike listed and none of the nodes indicate evade immune. Is this working as intended?

    If it was a critical she ignores evade. Her other abilities pretty much give her increase chance to crit or increased critical damage.
