I just pulled a 4 star AA and while reading the description I found that all poison probabilities are either 0 or -40, how does this work?

I thought he was an insane damage dealer however Im not getting insane results

    Each bleed gives him a flat 25% chance to apply poison on special attacks.
    So, 0 bleeds = 0 poisons on sp1. And 1 bleed = 25% chance to apply a poison.
    Special 2 works the same way, but instead of starting with a base 0% it starts with a negative 40%. So you need at least 2x bleed on the enemy to have 10% chance to apply a poison

    It works for blocks, too, including parry. So get some bleeds, parry, and you can poison.
