There is no official statement from Kabam about regarding we should play or not.

Hey TKal, as DrZola was kind enough to point out, there's an active thread where we are gathering everyone's feedback about issues such as this. Getting to the bottom of these problems is our top priority at the moment and we're still looking into everyone's reports, hoping to identify the cause as well as a possible solution.
