AQ member requirements

Why are we doing this? First when you start AQ, you are required to have 1 or 2 ppl join before able to join bg2. Now I see it's back to 3 ppl are required to join before unlocking another battle group?
Kabam needs to get of that requirement. We have limited time as it is Waiting for ppl to move. Let's make it worse by waiting for someone across the world to join so I can? Doesn't make sense.
Kabam please get rid of this requirement
