Changes to basic hero crystals

Greetings
Now that you’ve all had a couple weeks to get used to the new changes that have come to the 5-Star Featured Champion Crystals, we’re ready to announce the next change coming to Crystals in the game.
It’s time to make a change to Basic Hero Crystals! Starting with the basic Hero Crystal being released on Thursday, June 29th, all basic Hero Crystals will have a chance to award a 4-Star previously basic Champion that is not yet available in regular Hero Crystals. For example, you’ll have a chance to win a Mordo, Hyperion from the previousbasic Hero Crystal.
It’s important to note that the chances of obtaining the basic Champion of the Crystal is not changing at all, but now there will be an additional chance to obtain a 4-Star version of a previously released champion on top of that, and the chance to obtain a 2-star champion from the Crystal is slightly decreased. All in all, there will be a slightly higher chance to obtain a 4-Star Champion from basic Hero Crystals.
This will apply to all basic Hero Crystals released after June 29th, and any re-runs that occur after this date. Any basic Hero Crystals you obtain before this date will not include this new chance to obtain a previously basic Hero.
this also need to be added to the basic hero arena
