Gladiator Hulk awakened ability not working?

Anybody else having this issue since the latest update? I feel like it works every 1 out of 5 fights at best

    What's the actual issue? Is this happening in quests or in arena/aw?

    He either gains a regen or an attack bonus. What is your issue. This varies based on the fights outcome

    Its actually randomly chosen, it's not like if you drop to 20 you get regen, and opponent dropping to 20 gives fury

    yes that is my issue, nothing is happening most of the times. neither the regen nor the fury. mostly noticing it in monthly EQ, happened in AQ too. and i thought that was exactly what happened, depending on how you did during the match - once during the fight when one of you drops to 20 one of those effects kicks in.
