AQ compensation question

Would we have to be in the same alliance we did AQ with this week to receive compensation when it goes out? I am lined up to swap alliances after this cycle, just wondering if I would still receive it.

Adora was looking into that on a Thread someone else asked. Keep an eye out. My assumption is you need to be in the Ally at the time they are handed out, but don't quote me on it.
