5.3.1 keys

It appears i no longer have the keys to all the paths in this chapter. I’ve cleared all of act 5 100% and have always been able to go back in and every path remained open. Is this a bug?

I sent a ticket regarding this to support. They gave me 3 keys of each class. In my opinion it should remain open, however the gates return and they don't seem to know how to make it permanent

Thanks @Fixxx guess I get the pleasure of filling out a support ticket or, my account is linked to my forumn name. Mods please have someone take a look and shoot me some keys as I’ve already found or earned them.
