    Yes he has. Is 100% base, and domino reduces it by 15%.

    This isn't anything new in the game ...

    There right you know. Fooled me originally too. But she’s far from OP. At least in gold 1. Maybe so in higher tiers. Soloed a r4 with a 5/50 SL on 24 in G1. Again. May be harder in higher tiers tho.
