Who should I rank 3 ?I have 3 tech t4 cc and 3 science t4 cc ,Also give me your opinions.

Either Ultron or Red Hulk.

It seems like anyone who I talk to likes their ultron. Armor up, heal, bleed, stun, and conversion of energy to power and health, very useful.

I can personally say that Red Hulk wrecks, in short and long fights. Just spam l1 and when you're at 10 heat charges your bonus damage is insane.
