Yes. I have mine at rank 4 unduped. She deals massive damage with her sp2.

I know a champ who can do that. It would be Rocket Raccoon and his sp2.

Storm relies on the enemy to have a filled power meter to hit harder, so not sure what you mean. If the enemy has below 1-2 bars she hits duds all the time. Is she worth r4? Yes, but you're definitely wrong on how her damage works. Rocket is the only champ that doesn't rely on anything else to hit large amounts of damage, because even his sig ability is just for added crit change not damage.

Indeed she's a beast.. chck her damages in the above images.. she's a 4*... somewhere I'v seen 4/55 5* dupped storm does 78000 damages in her L2..

It just increases her damage based on power meter. I have done 24k+ dmg on WS even his power meter was below one. I don't have rocket and his small HP isn't will make it hard for less experienced people to survive with him. I do know that he cant hit hard tho but Storm can hit hard on her SP1 too

If you read my first comment then you will see I mentioned that "champs who don't relay on other things" Hyp relays on Fury, Sl relays on combo, SW relays on buff (she can still hit hard without but not on par with Storm imo) Rocket is only who doesn't

I don't have him and I don't see many people using him around me so literally forgot about him

LOL, you know when you hit it generates power? Specials generate the most. He was below one power bar
