I seem to remember a time when Kabam would convert leftover EQ items into gold (Rocket's scrap, maybe?), then it just started disappearing into whatever black hole those things go to. To their credit, they did tell us they'd expire, but what harm would there be for them to be converted into gold again? Maybe make a range, so <1k gets X gold, etc, allowing for a top end cap for higher volume stuff, like Pym Particles. This could help alleviate the gold issue without allowing it to get out of hand.
Also, BOO to making the UC gold cost units instead of granting them as a boon to UC players in place of the old ones.
