Sometimes it can take 20-30min before it will let u ask for help. Idk why. Doesn’t make any sense! I really wish they would just get rid of the whole thing! Every time somebody answers the “help”, it makes the game unplayable for 20-30sec. They just remove it! Reduce refresh time by 15min, and give 1k Loyalty in the daily calendar. Problem solved!!!
