Who should I r5 4?or r3 5?

I have the catalyst to r5 any mystic or mutant of the following I still need 2 t4cc so If u could put 2 champs 1 of each to r5 it would be great

Don’t waste your cats on a 4* if you have a 5* Iceman in your ranks.
