Unit purchase, no units [Under Investigation] [Merged Threads]

Purchased 2 Star Lord loot bags didnt receive any units for the mutant t3 class cats that cost 400 units. You charged my cc and gave nothing in return.

I've had this issue come up a long time ago. I opened a Ticket and they explained that it can take up to 24 hours to show. MOST of the time they're automatically there. Once in a while it can happen. Sure enough, they showed up sometime after. Try force-closing the game and opening it again.

Didn't know about the error until after three failed attempts (tried again after rebooting the game and submitting a ticket). They all billed me well enough, but nothing in game was received.

Was stuck boosted in act 5.3 needing ro revive and couldn't buy anything. Luckily my alliance was able to help me out with a revive to finish.

I posted before this got merged. I can see apparently it is an issue and needs to be solved ASAP. I was going to purchase the offer from today. It is on a time limit. I have never, ever, EVER seen it take more than one minute to get my units. I have been playing since mid 2015 and spent countless thousands. Please get this handled quickly, because I guarantee many people are raising Cain with Google and Apple support. You guys have enough problems.

Nicholas Jas in game name. Credited my account the $10.00 i spent on the google play card, but won't even allow the star lord loot bag purchase. Im thankful it still lists me as having my money but i need this for revives in aq. Its going to ultimately cost me more than my 10 dollars
