Persisting rewards notifications

I am not sure why this game sometimes continues to show useless notifications next to certain things (like AQ), or why at some point around civil war, the game started having a delay with them (showing rewards you already claimed).
Since the latest alliance events were implemented, I have a persisting notification on finished events. But everything there is claimed. I suspect is either the rank rewards for Arena Wins, or is related to AQ peak milestones (as I also get a notification on the "Claim Rewards" button on the finished AQ). Anyone else experiencing this?
I claimed all rewards through the inbox and there is nothing in the stash.
