Which 5* should I rank up?

I have 5* Yondu and Sentinel. Which one should I rank up? Are either of them worth using an awakening gem on?

    Generic, no. Class, on Sentinel. They are both good choices for rank up IMO but Sentinel imrpoves significantly with its dupe, but not worth a generic.

    It is a tech awakening gem...definitely not generic. I appreciate any and all insight, as I have very little experience using either champ.
