Wont attack or move after cut offs in war

in Bugs and Known Issues
I cut off groot and was tapping to do a normal combo and for some odd reason she wouldn't attack just stood there the first time this happened i tried to swipe back and she still stood there until king groot attacked back what is with this is it a node where if you swipe over you cant move unless the defender attacks back and the game has been being very laggy aswell can anybody help me figure this out ? costed me more than half my health in the first battle of war... i have a video but it says file format is not allowed

    its like the worst it was the first fight of war and i lost more than 3/4ths of my health
