Avengers event Bugged

The event dropped this morning and I did a quest run as 5* Cap. I earned about 15k points with him. When I awoke the same event was going on and it stated that I have not contributed any points to the event. So I ran a quest again to see if it would fix, but it only gave me the 15k for that run. This event is either bugged or glitches. How can I get the rewards back for what I earned earlier in the day, or does my alliance have to suffer for another mistake? Already lost out big time for the iPhone glitch since I have an iPhone.

    The event was restarted shortly after. As there was a scoring bug where in arena people were getting over 5million points for doing 1 round with certain avengers.
