When can iOS users expect compensation from the crashing and overheating caused by the 19.0 update????? @Kabam Miike

    There will never be a fix, just a band-aid to prevent free items

    Hi there, we will be having those conversations once we are sure that the update has fully addressed the overheating issue. At the moment, we are still monitoring the update to make sure it is resolving the issue. Once we are sure, we will also need a little bit of time to measure the full impact this has had for everyone but we will let everyone know as soon as we have more information for them.
