Top 300 ally, aiming plat, looking for a few

We are currently a 16mill+ alliance, we run 5x5 in aq and top 300.
Our alliance came together middle of last season so we only finished gold 1, we are currently 2.2k+ rated and climbing in aw, we will be pushing plat this season.
We require a couple of players to replace few members going on long holidays, most timezones will be welcome, have a decent aw defence, minimum 6.6k prestige.
