Who to rank 5?

I’m on quest 5.2.5 and Thor will help me uncollected faster but Medusa will benefit me more over long term. What do you think?

I would have picked Medusa over Thor, but then I saw Hyperion in there.

I said Hyperion because I had him and Medusa at 4/40 and I chose to rank Hyperion to 5/50. He's gotten me through tons of content since. Including act 5.2 to go uncollected and my first go at uncollected Monthly Quest. He burned through the stun and bleed immune symbiod boss in 2.1 and then toasted to a one shot of Ghost.

Not to mention many a champ on the way to the bosses.

Hyperion is the true collector killer here. His raw damage is very nice to end fights quickly, but Medusa isn’t really equipped for the collector fight. Medusa in my opinion will be better after you beat the collector but I believe the priority here for you is becoming uncollected.

Medusa needs her Sig. Hype doesn't, So i would go Hype. If both were awakened tho, i would go for Medusa.

Hypes is a beast no matter what. Offense defense anything. Kills in RTTL with safe guard. Kills in act 5. Great for collector. 5/50 hypes will always be a useful champ.
