Class masteries and synergy

Besides mystic does the class masteries actually work and aslo I've noticed a few synergies that didn't work ex. Bw suppose to get 100% evade when paired with rag. Hulk but she doesn't she hardly evades also the revive synergy with dorm and Mephisto
or it might be with mordo but that synergy doesn't work either

BW isn’t guaranteed to evade, the chance us increased by 100%, not TO 100%. The chance becomes 6%. The revive synergy with Mordo and Dormammu is only a chance, not a guarante.

It's not 100% evade. It's increase evade chance by 100%. 3+3=6%

And no, MD is the only one worth anything.

Revive synergy works too. Just rare.

So what about in war does synergies apply like if they're on defense because if that's the case then there's no need in using synergies

No. Synergies do not work in AWD.
