What happen with kabam services ??? Im at beginner bracket scored the score higher than the 1st rank player's score but I dont get the rank reward and kabam dont respond my ticket elaborately , seems this company is really cheating with lower bracket players which not spending much money on their game . This is shame for a big company that earn million dollars but cheating the players rewards and not seriously in responding to their application users ( game player ) which it is considered as a bad services from this company

and weird thing is , my personal rank on that event is not listed out which is unknown til now , where usually always list a number where you place as your final rank , no matter u reach the milestones or not getting into the 11-20% rank rewards at all but on mine no number only listed as (-)

this is really show , how unprofessional and irresponsible the game team and the support team in solving problem for their aplication users , no wonder many spenders on this game sending dispute for getting refund of money they spent , too many issues on this game recently while the game team and support just sitting in front of their computer and be a keyboard warrior and simply replying their customers complaint with same sentences again and again without checking elaborately what is the actual matter , truly dissapointing

Do you have any pictures that display your personal score/rank? The pictures you provided are generic and don't really show anything relevant.

Posts like this should have a "Confused" button. I have no idea what I'm supposed to look for. Are we talking about an arena rank or score, or some 7-hour or 22-hour daily event rank or score. I'm confused 😐

If you showed them these screen shots, I would be closing your tickets as well. You dont show anything here saying what your rank was compared to everyone else. So nothing to go off of.
