Game Center ID linked to Kabam Account

Having trouble verifying my ownership of my account with kabam to change my kabam email address.

They asked for an email address which linked to my account ( can be Game Center ID, Google Play ID or Kabam account) and I gave them my Game Center ID.

Kabam said its not the ID that linked to my account... How is this possible?
I can sign in on other iOS devices with this gamecenter id and able to login to my account. And I even checked achievement in Game Center and it shown that I have been playing on this Game Center ID since Act 1 or Day1.

Now how can I change my kabam account email which I do not the remember the email address to the new one?

    That's because it is default account when you first installed the app. There are some things that Kabam doesn't tell you about with the security of the game
