Stark Spidey passive 3% evade is increased for Alliance War?

I have fought thousands of fights with my 4* Rank 4 level 40 sig 99 Stark Spidey. I was just knocked out in the first fight of my alliance War because Stark Spidey 3% passive evade overrided my block/Parry on three separate incoming medium attacks. What is going on? I had no control over that entire fight. I've never seen something like that happen in all my fights. Please fix and stop the shenanigans.

    When sparky is duped it has flat 10% chance to evade.
